1. What This Site Is

HowBadIsMyDebt.com is the pre-launch landing page for Debt Compass, a financial simulation application currently in development. The site's sole current function is to collect waitlist registrations from people interested in early access.

No financial services are offered, provided, or implied. Debt Compass is a software tool, not a financial advisor, debt relief service, or credit counselor.

2. Joining the Waitlist

By submitting your email address, you:

• Confirm you are at least 13 years of age
• Consent to receive transactional emails (verification, launch notification)
• Understand this is a waitlist for a product that has not yet launched
• Acknowledge that waitlist placement does not guarantee access, specific pricing, or any particular feature set

3. Founding Member Perks

Founding member perks described on this site (early access, free Pro month, Founding Member badge) represent our current intentions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these perks prior to launch. We will communicate any material changes to verified waitlist members by email.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Debt Compass, when launched, will be an informational and planning tool only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

5. Intellectual Property
